2024 FALL FESTIVAL SHOPS APPLICATION FORM
Our 2024 Fall Festival Marketplace will be open October 25-26. If you participated in the past, you know our students, parents, families, friends and staff look forward to this hallmark event each year. If you are new to our invitation list, our team has scouted you as a great fit for our St. Christopher’s shoppers and would love to have you join for our fall 2024 event!
Fall Festival consists of a large Saturday outdoor children’s fair and our coveted Marketplace Friday and Saturday - centrally located in the St. Christopher’s School Field House which is spacious for both set-up and foot traffic. Our Fall Festival and the Marketplace will be heavily promoted throughout St. Christopher’s and the local community, including promotion via social media and our website. Participating vendors will be given the opportunity to have logos or products promoted. Vendors are encouraged to promote the event through their social media sites as well.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure that there is a variety of merchandise and ample space. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors within a common category. By submitting this non-refundable application fee, vendor agrees to pay 15% of proceeds from gross sales as well as orders placed during both Fall Festival retail days to the St. Christopher’s School Parents’ Association by 3:30pm on Saturday, October 26.
